Cities such as Florence (within 1 hour), Siena (within 40 mins) and Pisa (within 1.5 hours) are filled with glorious architecture and incomparable museums, many guests are overwhelmed by the extraordinary richness of the region’s cultural heritage which they explore, followed by a relaxing dip in the pool in the warm Tuscany sun.

An example of this successful combination of old and new is the very well-equipped kitchette found in the garden, which opens to a terrace, ideal for “al fresco” dining from the wood burning Barbeque, while enjoying breathtaking landscapes and by night enjoying the illuminated gardens.

Within the large and totally fenced gardens and raised behind the house in a superb position there is a beautiful, heated swimming pool. The area surrounding the pool is furnished with sun lays and a covered pergola with a kitchette offering a fridge and preparation area, raised further still above the pool area is sun terrace furnished with sun lays and relaxing chairs. There are mountain bikes and covered parking on the property.

The entrance brings you into the living area with large plasma TV Sat, DVD and CD player. To the left is an ample dining table for six people and through the archway the kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. A large window provides a fitting backdrop for this well decorated room, under the stairs is the ADSL Internet connection and fax machine. A computer is also available.

Passing the stairs to the corridor there is a laundry/ironing room with washer and dryer. The corridor leads to a twin bedroom with patio doors that open onto the garden, there is a walk in wardrobe and a bathroom en suite with bath tub and separate shower box, the chest of draws supports the plasma TV with Sat connection.

Up the terracotta stairs and to the left is the main bathroom, which has a corner whirlpool bath, and separate shower box, across the corridor is a small room fitted with a full-length sunray lamp. Ahead is are two bedrooms, the larger bedroom has en suite facilities including a bathtub and separate shower box, there is plenty of wardrobe space and a plasma TV Sat fitted.

The smaller double bedroom has great views from the window and a plasma TV Sat, a door to the left takes you into the relax area. There is a hot tub, a sauna and an external hot shower to leave you feeling fully relaxed, from here you can pass directly into the garden.
