Located in the oldest part of the property Caterina 3 has the benefit of wonderfully thick walls that keep the internal temperature comfortable throughout the year. Outside the villa there is a pretty tiled terrace furnished with table and chairs.
On entering the villa you pass the fully equipped kitchen which includes gas hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, to enter the lounge and dining area. This room has wonderfully large windows providing lots of light.
The sleeping area is behind the kitchen, it is composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is with a double bed and the other is a twin room. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of a hall and therefore provide privacy. Each has its own bathroom with shower.

The twin room can be made into a double on request when booking.
The owner with her young family live in the villa on the floor above Caterina 3.
