Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
There is a 10x5 meter pool that has a constant depth of 140 cm, open from May - September. 
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
No, but in Figline Valdarno, 3Km away, there are public phones and Internet cafes. We recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Figline Valdarno 3km away
How far are the airports?
Florence 45 minutes, Pisa 1h15, Bologna 1h35, Rome 2h40.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
If necessary, how do we contact To Tuscany once in Italy?

What is the cost of the dinners?
The owner can provide the following types of dinners, you must book these in advance so that the cook is available for the day that you require. When booking please also confirm the number of people (minimum 6 ) and time you wish to eat.
Menu 1 - First course, second course, side dish and dessert for 45 Euro
Menu 2 - Starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert for 50 Euro
Children's menu - 25 Euro
The items of the menus will be typical Tuscan and at the descretion of the cook based on available local produce. Drinks are extra.
