Arrival time 16.00 if you arrive after 18.00 please telephone

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The price displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and all towels are provided and included in the price displayed.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there a 11 x 5 meters pool open from mid-May to mid-September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
No there is no phone in the villa, there is a public phone in the village 3km away. In some tobaconist shops there is a fax. Most larger villages and towns have an Internet cafe.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes there is one in Pergine Valdarno 3km away. 
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 1hour 40 mins, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 2 hours 30 mins.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
