Situated in the famous beach town of Forte dei Marmi this luxurious villa is ideal for a long relaxing break on the coast. It is also in an ideal position for sight seeing trips to Pisa and Florence and visiting the Apuan Alps with its marble quarries.
The villa is 100m from the beachfront and has it's own private umbrella and loungers on the beach just a 5 minute walk away. At the villa there is a large terrace that is ideal for dining al fresco. A high wall making the terrace completely private surrounds the entire villa.
On entering the villa you find yourself in a large open plan room that has on one side a comfortable lounge and on the other side the dinning room. From this room there are doors that lead out onto the terrace.
On your right there is a large fully equipped kitchen that has every commodity that you may need. To the left of the entrance hall there is a door that leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. There are also stairs that lead to the first floor.
On the first floor, to the right, there is a sunny twin bedroom and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds that overlooks the terrace. There is also a marble finished bathroom with shower.
To the right you go up a couple of steps and find the master bedroom that has a balcony which overlooks the terrace below and an en-suite bathroom with bath. There is also another double bedroom that has balcony overlooking the patio at the entrance to the house.
Casa Cortile is extremely well equipped and furnished. It is only 100m from the sea and has it's own private area on the beach.
