Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are not included.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes there is a pool. The freestanding pool is oval in shape and measures 9.10 metres long at the longest point and 4.60 metres wide at its widest point; it has a constant depth of 1.20 metres. The pool is open from May until September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is an internet connection in the villa. Please bring your own laptop. The use of internet is charged as used.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
There is a furnished garden and a pergola by the pool.
Is there air conditioning in the villa?
No, there is not.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in San Casciano Val di Pesa, 2 Km away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1/2 hour, Pisa 1 hour and a half, Bologna 1 hour and a half, Rome 2 hours and a half.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your user email and password.
