Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The prices displayed are for the apartment.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required. The cost is 4euro per hour.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 16 x 8 meters, at its shallowest it is 1.20cm deep (near to the entrance steps) and at its deepest it is 2.50 metres. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is an internet connection available at the reception hall of the property. The cost is according to the amount consumed. WiFi connection available in every accommodation and outside, including in the pool area and it is free of charge. There is no telephone. However in Castellina, 6km away, there are public phones. We recommend you hire a mobile phone with you car, many car hire companies now offer this service.
Are there local grocery stores?
6km away in Castellina in Chianti there are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
How far are the airports?
Florence 45minutes, Pisa 1 1/2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
If necessary, how do we contact To Tuscany once in Italy?
As all the villas are privately owned and managed we have no on-site
representative however we can be contacted at any time during your stay in

What is the cost of the dinners?
The restaurant is open a minimum of 3 times per week: usually on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. It is advisable to book at least 1 day in advance on site so the chef has an idea of numbers. All dinners include 1 Starter,1 first course, second course with 1 side dish and 1 dessert. The menus will be typically Tuscan, based on seasonally available local produce, and at the discretion of the cook. Drinks are not included. On arrival you will be provided with further information and confirmation of the prices for the meals. The restaurant is only for the guests of Casale Cispiano although occasionally there may be external clients.
