Casale Vitignanello, Pianella - Siena
Vitignanello is set in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding Tuscan countryside and local vineyard. Traditionally built from hand carved Tuscan stone, internally the owners have decorated the property in a modern style. Set in its own grounds reached via a tree lined driveway with a large parking area. This is a perfect villa for large families or family groups wishing to travel together but still have their own privacy.
The pool is set in the grounds with lovely views across the gardens and countryside. It has a paved surround furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The main apartment has three bedrooms and is arranged in a split level style. There is a comfortable double sofabed located in the TV lounge which could become a fourth bedroom. There are two identical apartments each with two bedrooms located beneath the main house.
The two ground floor apartments have open plan lounge/dining areas and are furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs also an open fireplace and TV with some satellite channels.
Outside the garden is well maintained and is mainly lawn with some mature trees and attractively planted pots. The villa is in an elevated position with commanding views over the surrounding landscape. There is another villa next door, but this is separated from Vitignanello by a wall and the owners will not disturb you. Approximately 1.5km away is the local village which has a bar, pizzeria restaurant, bank with ATM a petrol station, tobacconist and two small greengrocers which are open most days except Sundays.
