San Giovanni is set in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding Tuscan countryside and local vineyard. Traditionally built from hand carved Tuscan stone, internally the owners have decorated the property in a modern style. One of three apartments set in an attractive garden reached via a tree lined driveway with a large parking area.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs also an open fireplace and TV with some satellite channels.
The fully equipped kitchen is on one side and has oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge with freezer section. Outside there is a small terrace area with dining table and chairs, perfect for eating ‘al fresco’.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located off a short corridor from the lounge. There is a double bedded room and a twin bedded room both with a bathroom either opposite or adjacent to the bedrooms. The bathrooms both have basin and WC one has a shower and the other has a bath with hand held shower.
Outside the garden is well maintained and is mainly lawn with some mature trees and attractively planted pots. The villa is in an elevated position with commanding views over the surrounding landscape. There is another villa next door, but this is separated from the villa by a wall and the owners will not disturb you.
Approximately 1.5km away is the local village which has a bar, pizzeria restaurant, bank with ATM a petrol station, tobacconist and two small greengrocers which are open most days except Sundays.
