Firstly, I must say we had a very happy holiday and all things seemed to run smoothly, even when the pool went green.  Mr Politi, the owner, responded immediately and the problem was sorted.
Very clean and easy to keep.
Liked the number of bathrooms, eating terrace, pool and ease of access to the autostrada and railway.  This is why we chose the property.
Unpleasant surprise - a hedgehog in the pool one morning, still swimming, which recovered eventually after being fished out!

We had a wonderful holiday in Tuscany and are already planning our return. The villa was fabulous in every way - beautifully decorated , very well equipped and private enough for our noisy boys to let off steam .
Thanks for a great holiday , it all worked out very well . 
One last thing - I left the keys in Senora Maria's post box but my sister accidentally brought the second set home with her .Please let me know where to return them .Thankyou

All the information you had provided on the website about the house and area was a great help and very accurate.Though the house was on the left of the bend and not the right as directions said.It was easy to spot because of all the lovely pictures on your website. [Our comment - we have checked and corrected the directions]
We had a fantastic holiday staying in Casa Maddalena.
The house was lovely and the pool fantastic.
We did have to purchase two fans for the upstairs bedrooms, as sleep was impossible in the high temperatures without them. Though the bedrooms were lovely and spacious and the house big enough for our family of 7 to all manage to find their own space to relax.
The size of the balcony off the main bedroom was lovely surprise.At night we found that we all gathered there to watch the sunset,play some cards and enjoy some nice wine.
Our other surprise was finding and having to rescue a hegehog which had managed to survive all night in the filter of the swimming pool but wandered off quite happily once lifted out.
Apart from the house and Tuscany , one of our main delights was Reggello itself.We had no idea from your website just how nice this town was.When we arrived all the supermarkets were closed for lunch and we went to a lovely little bar/cafe in Reggello to await opening.Although food service had stopped a short while before our arrival the kind elderly owners seeing how tired we were made us some delicious pasta and despite speaking no English and our Italian being so limited managed to tell us all the good places to shop and where best to park our large van. Patrons of the bar later advised us when traffic wardens were coming and generally kept a helpful eye on us insuring that our stay was a trouble free one.We had several very nice meals in Reggello restuarants and great take away pizza !
My dissapointment was that the house was only for rent and not for sale as we could have happily stayed there !
