the property was incredible
the house perfect
the neighbors  ( daniela and luciano) and families were a highlight
your business dealings were above board and very attentive thanks to all

We all loved our experience at Villa Gallo Nero. I found you on the internet and thought the web site was very good. The pictures and descriptions were wonderful and the villa lived up to our expectations. I thought the starter packets were a good idea but would reccommend that you substitute orange juice for the pineapple juice and not have such huge packages of sugar. There was plenty left at the villa from other guests and the stock just will keep growing. I don’t think that many people would use that much sugar in a week.
The directions for the washer weren’t clear and it would have been nice to know that the wash and rinse cycles take a couple of hours. l thought it was broken!
I gave your email address to a couple I met on the plane because Villa Gallo Nero is a real treasure and a wonderful vacation value. My highlights were hiking, the chef’s dinner, and Dannella!

Sorry it has taken this long for a response to your questions.  We had a life crisis here soon after our arrival home, and have been unavailable for a while.  I want you to please pass this along to the owners of the villa.
We had a spectacular time!!!!  Everything far exceeded our expectations!!
We will defiantly be using your service again, and may even stay at the same villa if available.  We really had a nice time!!  Thank you so much again for everything you did to make our holiday as successful as it was.

Overall impression: Lovely accomodation. Pool was great! Nice and spacious. The neighbours were lovely and friendly! (Our 18 month old got to know them all! ) It was great being next to the vineyard and being able to sample and purchase some wines!
Unpleasant surprises: Unfortunately the TV and the Extractor fan weren't working for the first few days. (One of our party managed to fix them after a few days though)

Overall impression: Good accommodation, bit cold inside to begin with, but then weather improved. We were lucky enough to have all of the pool area to ourselves, not sure what it would have been like if the other two villas had also been in use.
Highlights: Beautiful location, scenery, local villages/towns e.g. Lecchi & Radda.
