The covered terrace is fully furnished with table, four chairs and a BBQ. Here it is possible to dine al fresco while admiring the superb views of Badia a Passignano and the Tuscan hills all around. The cottage is enclosed by a small private garden equipped with two sunloungers.

Entering in to the living area through the covered terrace, there is a kitchenette on the right hand side.The dining area is furnished with a sofa and a table with four chairs. The lounge is fully equipped with TV sat, CD player and a DVD.

From the lounge a small corridor leads to the two bedrooms and a bathroom. To the left is a small bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children. To the right is the pretty pink double bedroom with antique style furniture. The bathroom has a large shower and a window.
