A short walk through a large olive grove which provides complete privacy takes you to the swimming pool which is shared with another villa on the property, Villa Sturchi. Surrounded by cypress trees the pool overlooks the valley below which is dotted with Tuscan villages.

A door to the left of the kitchen leads to the spacious master bedroom which has great views over the valley. There is also a small sitting area with sofa and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

To the right of the kitchen a brick archway leads into the large living room with sofa, chairs and TV, there is also a small dining table and chairs. The large stone fireplace is the main feature of the room, you can grill meat over the fire and a barbeque is provided.

The room has a high beamed ceiling with an open staircase leading up to the mezzanine floor which overlooks the lounge and has a low queen size bed which would be suitable for children. Outside there is a large private covered terrace with stone built table and chairs.  This is a great place to dine ‘al fresco’ or relax with a glass of the local wine.

The villa is set in beautiful grounds planted with Mediterranean trees and shrubs and surrounded by olive groves. Located behind the pool is a full size tennis court which also has a basketball net. Off to the right from the lounge is a further bathroom with shower and the second bedroom which also has a double bed and doors out to the garden and terrace.
