Highlights: As the description could not do justice to this property, the highlight was the quality of the accomodation, the wonderful garden & views and the warm,welcoming & generous hosts/owners. We have just booked again for next year!

No, although I would suggest that visitors do a damage-check on any hire car before they drive it away!
Other comments: The directions to Corgiolano aren't quite right (a wrongly numbered road for instance) - maybe worth a check.  People have satnav these days so either a Latitude/Longitude ref or even the actual name of the road (Vocabolo Corgiolano) that satnav would recognise, would have taken a huge amount of stress out of navigating there in the dark.  We were late arrivals due to a delayed flight.  Whilst we were able to buy the welcome pack, it is more for breakfast than dinner  -  a simple dinner pack (spaghetti, sauce, bread) might be something to offer at a cost. [To Tuscany comment: We are checking and correcting the directions where needed]

Overall impression: Really lovely.  Beautiful little casetta - fantastically situated near to small town (not touristy), off the beaten track, but not isolated owing to presence of owners on site.  Kitchen and bedrooms on the small side, but that was what we were expecting from the description on the website,  in middle of 10-acre property, which owners encouraged us to roam.  The best, and the best-tended outdoor areas of any propery we've stayed in in Italy.
Superb pool, with VERY comfortable lounging and seating areas, and expansive views.  Owners could not have been more hospitable.
Highlights: -Arriving at the casetta and seeing how gorgeous the house, grounds and pool were, and meeting the owners!  Lots of little surprises - finishing touches that made it really special: fridge by the pool; basket of home-made produce on arrival; herb garden for our use; extra-comfy cushions provided for outdoor dining area; big, fluffy, dressing-gowns...
-Every minute we spent at the property was a highlight!
-Casetta very well situated for exploring local towns, all of which were highlights in their own right: Cortona, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Castiglione del Lago, Montepulciano, Spoleto.  Also located near to small town, Citta della Pieve, that has the dual benefit of being a pretty hill town, but not touristy.
-Hot air balloon Grand Prix at Todi (views of 15 balloons drifting over Todi in the early morning sunlight).
-Sunday lunch at Castello di Poreta.
-Lunch with the hosts on our last day (who asked us what they could do to improve the casetta - we scratched our heads for a bit, and came up with ..."er, nothing!")

Overall impression: Absolutely fantastic
Highlights: Warm weather !lunch with the owners, spotless accomodation, few
tourists in the area, festival week in Citta della Pieve, fabulous
pool area, no mosquitos, Italy.
Unpleasant surprises: No - the only slight downside was the road to the accomodation was quite rutted and bumpy - not a major issue though.
