Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed. Pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 6x12 meters and 1.1 to 2.5 meters deep. It is open from June to September
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, emergency calls only can be received on the owners phone. There is a public phone in Città della Pieve 3km away from the villa
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 3km there is a town with a supermarket.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1hr45mins, Pisa 2hr30mins, Bologna 2hr40min, Rome 2 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
