No, the central heating and air-conditioning are charged extra when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 4.5 x 9.5 meter pool, deep 1.20 meters. Open from June to September
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is a phone with Internet connection you can use, you will be charged for units used. You must bring your own computer. There is also a mobile phone that you can hire.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, 100meters away in the main square of Sovicille.
How far are the airports?

When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
