This is a pretty holiday home within Cernaia hamlet with a private garden at the front and back and a covered patio adjoining the garden. The patio is ideal for al fresco dining.
The furnished terrace is excellent for relaxing in the warm Tuscan air while admiring the landscapes of the Maremma region and of the area around the shared swimming pool.
The villa has a bright lounge with a TV and a sofa on one side and a dining area on the other. There is a large door that leads to the furnished terrace. The dining area includes a kitchen, which is equipped with fridge/freezer and gas hobs.
Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. On the other side there is another double bedroom that has a door leading to the back garden.
A private parking for two cars is just to the back of the villa.
