In front of the villa, there is a pretty covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs to dine al fresco. The villa is entered from this private terrace into a large spacious room with a comfortable double sofa bed on one side and a dining area on the other. This room has a TV.

Through an arch you pass the stairs to the first floor and continue into the fully equipped kitchen which includes gas hobs, fridge/freezer, there is no dishwasher or oven. The back garden is accessed from the kitchen.

Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The bedroom has doors which lead out to a covered terrace.

Upstairs there is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the window of this bedroom there are pretty views over the tree tops of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The double bedrooms cannot be made into twin rooms.
