Riccio is a pretty villa attached on either side to other villas with a private garden to the front and back. It has a covered patio to enjoy dining al fresco from where there is an open view of the central garden of Cernaia hamlet and Maremma fields and hills beyond. A private parking for two cars is just to the back of the villa.
Crossing the front garden from the central hamlet gardens, Riccio is entered from a private terrace furnished with table and chairs. On one side of the living area there is a kitchen, which is equipped with fridge/freezer and gas hobs.
The other side of the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV. This room also has a table and chairs for dining indoors. The lounge and covered terrace are connected in such a way to be able to make the best of indoor and outdoor life simultaneously.
Off one side of the living area there is a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, both comfortably furnished. The bedrooms overlook the back garden and one of them has a door leading to this garden.
It is not possible to make the bedrooms into twins
