Seppia is a lovely ground floor villa with a large private garden and shared swimming pool. There are pretty views of the open countryside surrounding the property.
The covered furnished patio adjoining the garden is excellent for relaxing meals during the warm Tuscan summers. From the terrace there is a large door that leads into a bright living room with a TV and a sofa on one side and a dining area on the other.
The lounge and the terrace are perfectly connected to make the best of inside and outside living. The dining area includes a small kitchen, which is equipped with fridge/freezer and gas hobs.
Next to the kitchen there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the other side there is a second bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children.
One of the bedrooms has a door leading out to the back garden. The villa has a private parking for two cars.
