This villa is a pleasant holiday home within Cernaia hamlet. It has a private garden at the front and back and a covered patio adjoining the garden where it is possible to dine al fresco. The terrace offers beautiful views over the Maremma fields and over the area around the shared swimming pool.

A comfortable lounge is accessed through the fully furnished terrace. This lounge has a TV and a sofa on one side and a dining area on the other.

The dining area includes a kitchen, which is equipped with fridge/freezer and gas hobs. A large window gives a lot of light to the room.
