The garden is accessed from the central hamlet gardens around the pool area. In the garden there is a barbeque. The covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Entering the villa there is a large spacious room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining area. This room has a TV.

Through an arch you pass the stairs to the first floor and continue into the fully equipped kitchen which includes gas hobs, fridge/freezer, there is no dishwasher or oven. The back garden is accessed from the kitchen.

Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The bedroom has doors which lead out to a covered terrace and the front garden.

Upstairs there is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the window of this bedroom there are pretty views over the tree tops of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

The double bedrooms cannot be made into twin rooms.
