winter!! and the second to Villa Ragnaia which
is located just 500 metres away from the famous
town of San Gimignano.
It has also been a great start to the new year
for To Tuscany with the launch of its Dutch

SHORT BREAK SPECIAL OFFER |
With the low cost airlines practically giving away
their seats at the moment, why not consider a quick
trip to Tuscany perhaps for a a romantic get-away,
an early Easter visit or a Birthday treat with all
your friends. Whatever your reason for going, Casa
Sisti is the place to go.
Casa
Sisti has been a firm favourite of our To Tuscany
clients for many years now and offers accommodation
for between 2-8 people in a beautifully restored
Tuscan hamlet on the road to the Etruscan town of
Volterra.
Casa Sisti is well located for sightseeing - only
10kms from the famous town of San Gimignano - and
there is even a local bus service to Siena from just
a short walk away. The small town where the hamlet
is located has a grocery store and a few minutes
drive away is the walled city of Colle val d'elsa
where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a
supermarket.
Dont just take our word for Casa Sisti being a great
place to visit! Here are some client comments (thats
comments from real people that really have stayed
there):
"Wonderful.
Our villa was even nicer than it looked in the
pictures on the webpage. There were so many
different places to sit etc. around the complex that
it would be hard to feel crowded. Lilliane in the
reception was so kind and helpful. It really
enhanced our holiday because she was able to tell us
where we could park for free in towns and helped to
book us into museums in Florence and into popular
restaurants, that our limited italian would have
meant we missed out on"
. TW United Kingdom
You can book to stay for a minimum of 4
nights with arrivals on any day of
the week from now until the end of April
(including the Easter holiday dates)
Dont worry about heating costs as there is a fixed
charge per apartment per day (6-8 Euros daily for
the apartments and 50 euros daily for the house) so
you know exactly how much you are paying before you
go.
The cost is worked out from the weekly price divided
by at least 4 nights. As an example:
Four
people booking Apartment 4 from arrival Thursday
17th March to departure Monday 21st March (4 nights)
Weekly price (until 26th March) is £529 divided by 7
= a daily rate of £76. Multiply this by 4 nights
and the accommodation will cost you £304 or £76 each!
With the daily heating cost of only 8 Euros per day
(for a two bedroomed apartment), it still brings
your short break to well under £100 per person for
the accommodation.
There are 3 apartments for 2 people, 4 apartments
for 4 people and a detached house within the hamlet
for up to 8 people.
If you are a returning client, please contact your
local agent for bookings. If you are a first time
traveller with To Tuscany, please first register
some details with us at

contact your local agent.

A Gem of a place to stay |
 |
|
View of San Gimignano from Ragnaia |
Ragnaia truly is a special place to stay because of
its location just outside the walls of the town of
San Gimignano - the Medieval Manhattan!
From outside the Villa, you have a tremendous view
and will happily while away the time, gazing up at
the wonderous sight of San Gimignano towering above
you.
Back in the Villa, there are two levels which can
work perfectly for 2 families; there are five
bedrooms and working fireplaces for a typically
Tuscan experience.
The Villa can sleep up to 10 people and has two
special offer prices coming up.
Bookings between 26th March and 9th April will
receive a 20% reduction on the normal Villa price
and bookings from 30th April through to 14th May
will receive a 10% reduction on the normal Villa
price.
This means that you could stay for a week in this
fabulous location for as little as £166 GBP each!
