At what time should we arrive and depart?
Arrival time 16.00 if you arrive after 19.00 please telephone

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and are included in the price displayed, pool towels are also supplied.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is by consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the pool is 10.5 metres by 7.5 metres. The massage zone is 2 metres in diameter. At the shallowest end the depth is 1.2 metres increasing to 1.4 metres. The pool is open from mid May until mid September. The pool can be lit at night.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is not a telephone but a mobile phone can be hired at the property and charged as used. There is ADSL Internet access in the villa and this is free of charge. Bring your own laptop. 
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 3km in Montelupo Fiorentino there is a big supermarket.
How far are the airports?
Florence 40 minutes, Pisa 1 hour, Bologna 1 hour and a half, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
