At what time should we arrive and depart?

Can you help with travel arrangements?

Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The prices displayed are for the apartment.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 14 x 10 meters, at its shallowest it is 80cm deep (near to the entrance steps) and at its deepest it is 1.40 metres. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is a telephone only to receive calls. The guests are provided, if they like, with a mobile phone for their use while staying at the villa. The sim card has to be charged by guests. There is the possibility to check email at a forfait charge of 2euro.
Are there local grocery stores?
4km away in Buonconvento there are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 ½ hour, Pisa 2 hours and twenty minutes, Bologna 2 ½ hours, Rome 2 ½ hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
