Accessed by a stone staircase you enter first in to the large kitchen area where immediately in front of you is a fantastic open fireplace.

Moving past the fireplace you arrive in the kitchen itself with breakfast table and chairs for four, fridge-freezer, oven, cooking hobs, dishwasher and coffee machine.

To the right of the entrance area is the lounge and dining areas. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a ceiling fan, TV with some satellite channels and a DVD player.

The dining area is to the rear of the lounge and has a nice wooden table and chairs that can seat 10 people.

The first two bedrooms are accessed either side of the large fireplace and share a bathroom. To the left of the fireplace is a bright and airy double room which can be made into a twin on request. On the right of the fireplace is a twin room which can be made up as a double. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the shared bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

On the other side of the lounge is the entrance to the master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom. The double bed is made from antique wood and is complimented by the wardrobe.

Two windows overlooking the grounds allow for plenty of light and air to reach the room. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower, WC and basin and an alcove area which can be used for storage or as a dressing area. Plenty of light reaches this room through the two windows.

The private garden for Il Salariato is accessed down the main stairs to the apartment. To the right of the building is a lovely open lawn area with wooden table and chairs, barbeque, trees, plants and shrubs and extensive views of the countryside.
