Please find my responses below. We had a great holiday - thanks very much.

Overall impression: Very good - just what we expected from all the photos and info given; just what we wanted.
Highlights: (1) house and where it is situated in lovely countryside, with fantastic views (2) nearest town Castellina - excellent gelateria which we visited often, plus good choice of restaurants; it was also more picturesque than we imagined (3) using the house as a base from which to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena etc.
Unpleasant surprises: No - not at all

Overall impression: We had a wonderful time at Fienile di Villole, and are look forward to visiting the property again in the future. The Villa was perfect for two couples. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms afforded each couple with some privacy. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners at the Villa and the kitchen set up was more than adequate for this. The Villa, with it's location on top of a ridge, was very private and since there were no other accommodations within site of the house. The setting was absolutely fantastic, since we had spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards, olive orchards and outstanding Tuscany countryside. We purchased our wine for our visit from the La Croce winery, which was located where we turned off of highway SR429, and it was excellent. As it turned out the vineyard and the olive orchard surrounding the house is owned by this winery, so it was like drinking wine from the Villa's own winery.
Highlights: The stay at the villa was the first week of our two weeks in Italy. After the villa, we spent two nights in the Cinque Terre and 4 nights in the Dolomites, but the stay at the Villa was by far the highlight of the trip. The relaxed atmosphere of the villa and Tuscany, itself, made for an unforgettable experience. We will be back.

Overall impression: Stunning - beuatiful villa, fantastic location, only 1 minute off main road, quiet, good size pool, great views.

Overall impression: Excellent. Clean and very well equiped. Pool was excellent and well maintained. One very minor gripe, no barbecue tools.
Highlights: Sienna, san gimignano, lunch at Albergaccio, coming back to the pool and the sunsets.Stunning.
