The front door leads into a welcoming living room that has a typical terracotta floor and the traditional
Tuscan wooden beamed ceiling. To one side there are large comfortable sofa and two armchairs where you can either relax reading a book or enjoy the modern LCD TV system with DVD and ipod docking stereo.

To the other side of the room there is a dining area with a large wooden table. From here there is a view of the garden that can be directly accessed from the living room. Off the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen that includes fridge/freezer, gas hobs, a kettle, a toaster, a caffetierre and a combination oven.
Laundry facilities are provided with combined washer/drier.

A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. There is appoximately 6 inch gaps in the banister. On this floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bright bedrooms has a double bed and a pleasant terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding forest. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is a twin room with comfortable beds that can be made into a double on request. Every room is furnished to a high standard. Both bathrooms have showers and windows.

In the private garden there is a barbeque and a table with six seats to enjoy dining al fresco during the Tuscan summer evenings.

The twin room can be made into a double on request when booking if you do not request it then the rooms will be as described.
