Entering into the kitchen/living room to the right there is the fully fitted kitchen with 4 gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

The corridor leads to the master bedroom with a huge bright arched window; opposite there is a walk in wardrobe and to the right an ample bathroom.

The living area is on the left of the room where you will find a dining table and a dresser.  Also in the room are two 3 seater sofas which allow you to relax whilst listening to music or watching the TV.

At the end of the corridor the large family bedroom consists of a double iron framed bed, an antique chest of drawers and two armchairs. Also within the large room are full size comfortable bunk beds. Off the corridor there is a large spacious bathroom with shower.

To the front of the apartment there is a private furnished terrace with wooden table and chairs with a large umbrella.  This is a fantastic spot for al-fresco dining whilst admiring the beautiful views across the Tuscan hills and the village of Panzano.  The terrace enjoys total privacy thanks to clever use of citrus fruit plants and potted plants.

After a dip in the pool, there is a second private garden with furnished terrace for relaxing in the sun 20 metres from the apartment.  The garden is planted with typical aromatic plants, olive and fruit trees and there is also a built in BBQ area.

There are two terraces to enjoy the peace and stunning views.
