Cispiano is a first floor apartment with entrance to the front and to the back through the rear bedroom. There are fine views across the property and the countryside from the windows of Cispiano.
As you walk into the apartment you enter the spacious open plan living area that comprises of a lounge with comfortable sofa, kitchen area with oven, cooking hobs, fridge, dishwasher and a dining area for 4. There is a flat screen TV with some satellite channels, a DVD and a CD player.
Moving away from the lounge area on the right you enter the master bedroom with double bed, antique wardrobe and two windows with views over the countryside. The bedroom has a high ceiling with tiles and wooden beam features.
On the opposite side to the bedroom is the bathroom which has a large shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail. The last door in this area leads in to the twin bedroom, this bedroom also has an external door with stairs leading down to the gardens near to the pool area.
A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom
The twin room can be made into a double on request.
Cispiano is on the same level as apartment Nicchie and the two could be rented by an extended family or group wanting to be close together.
