Arrival time 16.00 if you arrive after 19.00 please telephone

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The price displayed are for the villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 10x5 mtrs and 1.20 - 1.70mtrs deep swimming pool
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is a phone in the house. It can be used only to receive calls and make local calls and as an Internet connection.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes 4km away in Aquilea. 
How far are the airports?
Florence 55 minutes, Pisa 35 minutes, Bologna 1 1/2 hours, Rome  3 1/2 hours. 
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
