Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes there is a pool. The pool is 6x12 metres and has a depth of 1.40 metres increasing to 1.60 metres at the deepest point. The pool is open from May through till October
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Telephone available and paid as used. There is no internet connection at the villa but 3Km away in Radda in Chianti.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes, there is a covered furnished pergola by the pool.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Radda in Chianti, 3 Kms away. In Radda there is also a Coop Supermarket.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your user email and password.
