At what time should we arrive and depart?

Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The price displayed are per apartment.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 15x7.5 meters pool open from Easter to October.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There are public phones in the nearby towns. In Arezzo there is an Internet cafe and fax available.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within a few miles.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1/2 hour, Pisa 1 1/2 hours, Bologna 1 1/2 hours, Rome 2 1/2 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
What is the cost of the dinners?
The cook charges an hourly rate plus the cost of the food. Should you require an assistant to serve and clean up then it is an extra cost per hour. On arrival you can have more details and organise the meal however the date of the meal should be confirmed in advance if possible to ensure that the cook is available. On Saturdays and Sundays the cook service can not be supplied.
