Il Fienile at Le Logge
Location address: Pergine Valdarno - Arezzo
Independently located Il Fienile is a wonderful cottage that has a large covered terrace perfect for outdoor meals. There is also a private garden where you can enjoy the warm Tuscan sun.
The entrance brings you into a large room with a high ceiling with wooden beams. At one end of this room there is a large typical Tuscan fireplace. In the room there is a wonderful wooden table for indoor meals.
To the left there is a small lounge and a bathroom with a shower. To the right there are two double bedrooms each of which has large windows overlooking the olive grove that neighbours the hamlet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed which can be made into a twin room if required.
Up some stairs from the main entrance room there is a small walkway that brings you to a fully equipped kitchen that leads out into the garden and covered terrace. At the end of the walkway there is the spacious master bedroom from which a glass door brings you out into the gardens of the location. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower in the master bedroom.
Simply but well furnished Il Fienile is ideal for a relaxing getaway.
There is a large private terrace which is excellent for outdoor meals.

Il Fienile at Le Logge
Location address: Pergine Valdarno - Arezzo
Situated halfway up a hill the Tuscan hamlet Le Logge boasts excellent views of the valley below which is dotted with typical villages. The hamlet of 7 houses is very peaceful completely surrounded by woods and olive groves providing a relaxing getaway.
The swimming pool is behind the buildings slightly further up the hill where it is not overlooked by the windows of the houses. From this raised position it has breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. In the oak woods around the property you can get a glimpse of deer and other wildlife or go mushroom hunting when the season is right, this is a very popular Tuscan pastime.
At the property there is a reception where you can get information on the area. There is also a laundry room that is available for use.
Pool Info
The pool is situated higher than the hamlet; from this you have spectacular views of the valley below the property and the wooded hills that encircle it. The pool is surrounded by sun chairs and unbrellas where you can relax in your peaceful surroundings.
This is the ideal spot to cool off after a day of site seeing and enjoy a glass of cooling wine while watching the sunset.
The pool is 14 x 7 meters and is open from mid-May to mid-October
Nearest town
2km away there is the village Pergine Valdarno that has a petrol station, shop and restaurant. Further away there is the large town Montevarchi where there are many shops and restaurants. Another large town is Arezzo that is 22km away, here there are many more shops and restaurants and other amenities. In the area close to the villa there are several restaurants.

Quelle est votre impression générale concernant l'hébergement? Le gîte est isolé mais idéal pour les amoureux de nature. Situé au milieu d'une colline , il faut y accéder par un chemin de pierres blanches difficile mais qu'il ne faut surtout pas changer. Les bâtisses se fondent dans le décor superbe de la toscane entre vignes et oliviers. Confort rustique mais fonctionnel , le luxe se trouvera dans la grandeur de l'endroit, le choix des terrasses et la fraîcheur de la très grande piscine.

Overall impression: Trés jolie propriété où l'on se repose admirablement bien. Les enfants peuvent s'y amuser en toute tranquilité. Je la conseillerais bien volontiers.
Highlights: Les visites de Sienne et de Florence, bien que classiques sont vraiment fabuleuses.

I like To Tuscany, partly because it has a tremendous range of villas, and partly because (unlike many companies) it has an excellent website that provides what you really want when choosing a villa.

Our accommodation, which cost less than £800 for the week, is in a converted stone farmhouse next to a 12th Century Franciscan chapel. There is a pergola shaded by vines round the back here we quickly settle into a rhythm of eating long pasta suppers while the shadows lengthen.
