Supermarkets
There is a large Despar supermarket that has approximate opening times are 9 - 13 and 17 - 19.30. It is also open on Sundays approximate opening times are 9 - 12.30.
In this town there are also various small grocery shops where you can go to shop in the traditional Tuscan style and get fresh meat from the butcher or fresh fruit from the green grocer. These normally have the same opening hours as the Supermarket but they are not open on Sundays.
In the town there are also small delicatessens that can put together some of the most delicious sandwiches.

The local market is held on Thursday mornings.

Petrol Station
There is a petrol station in the town but it does not have self-service, it is open between 7 - 12.30 and 15.30 - 19. It is not open on Sundays so make sure you get your petrol before or have enough to go to Siena where there is a self service machine.

SAN GUSME

Grocery shop
There is a small grocery shop here that produces it's own cheeses. This shop is the oldest in this medieval village. It also has some of the best Tuscan products and wines. Have them make you a fabulous sandwich that makes an ideal snack.
The shop is open every day approximate opening times are 7.30 - 13 and 16 - 20. It is closed on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.
