In the garden just a short distance from the house there is a pool that is surrounded by olive trees and has a superb view of the valley and hills beyond towards Florence. It is a sunken prefabricated pool of 8x4 meters.

You enter the house into a corridor, to the left of which, you pass under a terracotta-framed arch into the main living area which has one double sofa. Along one wall of this room there is a fully equipped kitchen unit that includes a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hobs and washing machine.

To the right of the corridor there are the 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. Also in the bathroom there is a washing machine. The whole house is paved with terracotta. The first sun-filled bedroom overlooks the terrace. The second has good views of the garden, surrounding olive grove and the Tuscan hills in the distance.

The owners also live on the property and have young children. The owner's house is semi detached to the cottage, they are to the back of the house and therefore you have privacy and the pool is for your use only. Molino di Rogante is also accessible by public transport from Florence, the bus stops in front of the gate.
