Nonno Tonio is a lovely villa with a superb view of the Chianti Classico landscape covered with olive trees, woods and vineyards. The villa is situated two kms away from Mercatale Val di Pesa that is only fifteen minutes drive from Greve in Chianti, one of the main five Chianti towns. The position of this villa in the heart of Tuscany makes it convenient to explore the Chianti and also to visit the inspiring cities of Florence, thirty minutes away, Siena and Pisa both about one hour drive.
Nonno Tonio has a private hydro massage pool in the garden from where it is possible to admire superb views over the Tuscan countryside. The location is perfect to relax while having a hydro massage after a day of sightseeing. The hydromassage is for five people and it is set in a large fenced garden. The garden is equipped with umbrella, sun beds, a table with four chairs and a stone barbecue.
This pretty cottage has a typical covered loggia furnished with a wooden table with four chairs for dining al fresco. On one corner of the loggia there is a little table with three comfortable straw-bottomed chairs, the perfect spot to relax in the shade enjoying the view while drinking or reading.
The villa is entered from the loggia into the spacious dining area and kitchen. On one side of the room there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, oven, an electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer section and fireplace. On the other side there is a wooden table that sits six.
The dining room and kitchen are connected to the lounge through a large door. The lounge enjoys a beautiful view of the countryside thanks to the huge windows.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs in front of the fireplace and one sofa bed close to a table with four chairs on the other side of the room. The lounge has direct access to the loggia.
Close to the kitchen there is a corridor and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. From the corridor a staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom. In the double room there is a baby cot.
On the same floor there is a second bathroom with shower. Both the bedrooms have windows with views over the Tuscan landscape.
The villa enjoys complete privacy, the neighbours garden is fenced.
The views to the front stretch across farm fields, occasionally there maybe working vehicles here.
The double bedroom cannot be made into twin whilst the twin bedroom can be made into double on request. If you do not request it you will find it as described.
