Hi Dympna,
I just wanted to drop an email to say how fantastic the guys were at the
apartment we booked.  Our friend had a cycle accident whilst we were on
holiday and the family were absolutely brilliant.  Nothing was too much
trouble for them, they insisted on accompanying us to the hospital and
stayed until our friend was released, just in case we needed any
translations. 
The apartment itself was clean, well presented, the location was excellent
and great value for money.  Although we had two weeks in Tuscany it wasn't
enough to properly explore the area, so we'll definitely be going again.
