There is total privacy in the extensive, terraced gardens down to the large olive grove. The garden is bordered by a dry stone wall and is ideal for relaxing while enjoying the extensive views of the countryside down to the Adriatic coast. It is furnished with table, chairs and a barbeque for dining al fresco in the warm evenings of Puglia. There is also a pizza oven outside. There is also access to the roof top from where you have breathtaking views.

Continuing through to the next room you find yourself in the first trullo with it's characteristic whitewashed stone walls and rounded ceiling. This small room has a comfortable double sofabed and a fireplace.

Passing under an arch you enter the next trullo, which has an external door providing the entire property with plenty of light. There is a wardrobe and wooden table and chairs in this room.

From this central trullo there is access to the third trullo which houses the sleeping area. This room has a small double bed (140x190cm) with cupboard space built into the walls.

An important characteristic of the trullo is the lack of window and rounded effect which keeps the summer heat out, all light is cleverly provided by the stratigically positioned doors. Through out the property there are no doors between the rooms, providing a open plan effect with curtains used between the various rooms. The bathroom has a door.

Excellent for couples in Spring, Summer or Autumn.
The nearest beach is 6km away and there is a choice of sandy or rocky beaches.
There are mosquito screens on all windows/doors.
The property is surrounded by century old olive trees which are becoming part of a UNESCO heritage site.
