Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towels.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged by consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 5 x 10meter pool, depth ranges from 1 to 1.80meters. Open from May to September
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, however in Arezzo there are public phones and there is an Internet cafe. We suggest you also contact your car hire company to rent a mobile phone with the car, most of the large companies provide this service.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, there is very small one in a village a few minutes drive away, however 6km away in Arezzo there is a large supermarket.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1/2 hour, Pisa 1 1/2 hours, Bologna 1 1/2 hours, Rome 2 1/2 hours
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
