Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is. The pool is rectangular in shape and measures 6 x 12 metres. The shallow end is 1 metre deep increasing to 2.40 metres at the deep end where there is a diving board. Access is via a metal ladder. The pool is open from mid April until October.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is wireless connection in the villa. Please bring your own laptop. The use of internet is free of charge.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes, there is a covered furnished terrace.
Is there air conditioning in the villa?
Yes, there is and it is charge as used.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, in Vicchio, 4 Kms away and in Borgo San Lorenzo 5Kms away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.

What is included in the welcome pack of groceries provided free of charge?
1 bottle of red chianti
1 bottle of white wine
1 litre of semi skimmed milk
2 litre of fruit juice
3 packets of pasta ( barilla, Voiello, etc)
3 packets of sauce
1 packet of Lavazza coffee
7/8 little packs of Nutella (chocolate)
1 jar of jam
1 jar of pickle
2/3 packets of crackers
2 packets of biscuits
1 bottle of olive oil (500 ml)
These items are always present in the house:
-Lou paper
-dishwasher tablets
-4 bottles of water (2 natural 2 fizzy)
-Sugar, salt, pepper etc
-washing up liquid
