What were the highlights of your holiday? The view was truly stunning and no matter how brilliant your website is, you wouldn't be able to capture this. The location was good for us as it was away from the usual tourist areas so we felt like we were part of the local Italian community but at the same time we were close enough to visit great places - Pisa, Volterra and San Giminiano.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Good, very clean and looked after and for the two of us it was perfect. Although the property could sleep 6 people, I don't believe it is practical for 6 people to live comfortably there as the living space wasn't large enough an even the balcony space outside would have been a bit of a squeeze.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? Sorry to say, and there's nothing you can do about it, but the neighbours were very loud. They obviously live there all the time and their noisy morning routine at 6am and TV blaring out wasn't great.
Do you have any other comments? As usual, we had a great holiday with To-Tuscany and have no hesitation in recommending you to everyone. We've already booked with you for next year, again, and looking forward to it already. Many thanks Karen & Nick Bates

The owners of Casa Paone have been asked to speak with the owners of the neighbouring apartment regarding the noise level.

Overall impression: Excellent, very happy with it.
Highlights: Beautiful location with a fantastic view (we suggested to the owners that they should put a picture of the view from villa on the internet. Bedrooms were very cool as downstairs. Good location for visiting many of the sites of Tuscany e.g. Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano etc.
Unpleasant surprises: None

The Villa Paone was great, nice and clean and easy to find, however I had to contact the managers as only 2 double beds were made up as they saw the booking was for 4 people. I had to explain that I had booked a three bed room villa as my children ( a boy age 10 and a girl age 13) wouldn't be sharing a bed room never mind a bed for their holiday! They were very obliging and apologetic for this oversight.
