Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and are included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is by consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is 6x12 metres and is 1.5 metres deep, the entire pool area is fenced in and also has a poolside shower. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, we recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service. There is no internet connection available in the villa but in Riparbella, 1km away, there is an Internet point.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 1km in Riparbella.
Where can we rent bicycles?
In Cecina town, 13km away on the coast.
How far are the airports?
Pisa 45minutes, Florence 1hour and 45min, Bologna 2 hours and a half, Rome 3 hours and a half.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
