This traditional stone building sits on a hillside overlooking the valley below. The property is consists of two independent villas sharing a pretty pool. It is ideally located only 1km from a small village where there is a local grocery store and 15km from the town of Radda in Chianti with its supermarket and wide range of shops and restaurants.

Tucked away to one side at the rear of the property, is the single Roman ended pool. Screened on two sides by trees and hills, and surrounded by attractively planted flower beds, this private area has breath taking views over the Tuscan countryside.

Outside the property is bordered on two sides by trees and hills, the owners have planted terraced flower beds with Mediterranean shrubs and herbs.

The grassed terrace which runs the full length of the rear of the property to the pool area is furnished with table and chairs, and is a wonderful spot for alfresco dining. Sitting on the terraced area or by the pool you have the most spectacular far reaching views over olive groves and vineyards.

Location Information

Swimming pool - The private pool is 14x6 metres with a depth of 1 metre at the shallowest end, increasing to a depth of 1 and a half metres at the deep end. The pool is open from April to October.
