A path through the private garden leads to the front door. On entering the house there is a large, spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen on the right. Here there is also a breakfast bar and a large dining table.

The entire kitchen and living area has a high wooden beamed ceiling. At the end of the room there is a comfortable lounge, with a traditional wood-burning fireplace and local style barn window. Here, a door leads out onto a private side terrace and garden with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.

On the left of the main room there are stairs which lead to the first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The enchanting twin bedroom with its terra cotta floor and beamed ceiling has pretty views of the gardens and hills beyond. This room can be made into a double bedroom. Across the landing is a bathroom with shower.

The large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. In this room there is a mezzanine with a single sofa bed. Again, the terracotta floor and high beamed ceiling gives the whole room a typical Tuscan feel. There is an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The windows overlook the garden below and the views to the tree covered hills.
