Girasole is found on the first floor up several typical Tuscan and Umbrian stone steps accessed from the back of the main building.
In the area in front of these stairs there is a private covered loggia with a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
The stairs lead into a small hall, to the left there is a double bedroom with pretty views over the roof top of the villa below. Also off the hall is a bathroom with shower.
To the right down two steps there is the main living area which has fantastic views from the windows. Also in this room there is a dining table for 4 and a comfortable sitting area with Sat TV.
On one side there is a fully equipped kitchenette which includes a fridge/freezer, gas hobs, oven and dishwasher.
To the other side of the living area there is a spacious twin bedroom with lots of light. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The twin room can be made into a double but you must request this when booking.
From all the windows of Girasole there are wonderful views of the Umbrian wheat covered hills.
