Melo is found to one side of the main building. It is a ground floor villa that has a wonderfully covered terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The terrace has excellent views over the pool and onto the forest and wheat covered hills in the distance.
The villa is entered from the terrace in the main living area which has traditional Tuscan terracotta floors and a ceiling with the original wooden beams.
This room has a dining area for four people to one side and a comfortable sitting area with Sat TV to the other side.
At the end of the room there is a fully equipped kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, gas hobs, oven and dishwasher. A small hall next to the kitchen provides access to the sleeping area.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The twin bedroom has the bathroom en-suite while the bathroom for the double room is accessed from the hall.
The twin room can be made into a double on request when booking. If you do not request this the villa will be as described.
Melo is furnished to a high standard.
