Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and are included in the price displayed, pool towels are also supplied.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is by consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, The pool is 20 metres in length and is 1.6 metres in the deepest section. It is always open.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is a fax and phone at reception for emergency use only. We recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service.There is WiFi Internet access in the villa and this is free of charge.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 10km in Monticiano.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour and a half, Pisa 2 hours and 20minutes, Bologna 2 hours and 20minutes, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
