Thanks for a marvelous holiday in Villa Mina.  The house and grounds are spectacular – even better than we expected from the pictures on your website.
When renting villas like this, a lot has to be taken on trust on both sides. I’m happy to say I came away from the holiday thinking that our trust in “To Tuscany” and in the villa owners had been well placed.

Please excuse my tardiness, I have been busy catching up.  I would like to compliment you on your choice of Villa Mina, my entire family adored our stay there.  The accomodations were wonderful, a little mishap with hot water that was quickly repaired was the only glitch.  The Villa was clean, comfortable and well cared for.  I am already considering a return trip next year.   There was nothing we dislikes everything was wonderful.  Thank you

The service was excellent from everyone I dealt with:  Pam, Sean, etc.  The information received was efficient and honest.  The customer service seemed personal rather than a contract.  I also think the price was fair and worth every cent or euro.
The accomodation, Villa Mina, was excellent.  We especially enjoyed meeting the owners' daughter.  Although the rooms were beautifully decorated and situated, we spent little time inside except for the preparation of meals and sleep. The views and garden were beautiful. It was perfect for our needs, a lovely villa with privacy, and with unobtrusive but terrific caretakers.  The pool was a big plus, a great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The Ipercoop served our needs for food, and we felt quite at home despite some language difficulties. It was nice to know we could call Sean or his lovely wife for advice.
I would emphasize the convenience of the train station, a really efficient way to get into Florence instead of driving.  I would also encourage renters to have a cell phone as it served us well to have contact in certain situations.
To-Tuscany was recommended by another couple who had used the service, and I would be unreserved in my praise for the web site and for the company.
It was everything I planned for and I know my friends would say the same.  I could not have asked for more. Everyday offered beautiful weather, and we all felt free to sightsee or relax.  It was filled with highlights.... many different towns and cities... all offered something special.   I am most grateful for the opportunity.

FABULOUS!!!! We loved the villa. The views were amazing! The Villa was large enough to get lost in and small enough for our large family to be together. We all had the privacy we needed. We really enjoyed being able to sit down to meals, all together, outside. The weather was glorious, and we spent as much time outside as possible. But the inside of the villa was stupendous also. The original artwork, the antiques, the architecture, and the stainglass was amazing. It was elegant! There was always a breeze, the sunshine flowing in! We liked the kitchen and were thankful for the two refrigerators. Tony and the two women who work with him as caretakers were wonderful, although they do not speak English at all, and very little Italian. The pool was great to come back to after a hot day sightseeing. Also, the close proximity of the Ipercoop (grocery shopping) and the bus station to Florence made the Villa’s location convenient. I would recommend the bus to and from Florence!

The villa was even prettier than the pictures on the website and made a really picturesque site for our daughter's wedding. The maids kept the place spotless (they seem to work all the time!) and not even a leaf was left to mar the grounds. The owners were available to answer all our questions but not at all intrusive.

Overall impression: As we drove through the gates to Villa Mina we were utterly delighted with everything we saw. It truly is the most beautiful villa in a perfect setting. The two maids, Julia and Irena, were a great help and kept everywhere clean and made every bed every day within minutes of us getting out of them!
Highlights: Everything was so easy. We loved all the different terraces so that our big family could sit in all sorts of areas if they wished so they could have a quiet moment. The swimming pool was a delightful area and much used by the children despite the cool days. The enormous supermarket at the bottom of the hill stocked all we required and we constantly had both of the huge refridgerators fully stocked up, one with wine and soft drinks and the other with the food.
Unpleasant surprises: The weather was beyond your control and some of the days were really chilly but this meant that we visited most of the surrounding towns and saw Pistoia, St Miniato, Florence (of course), Lucca and Siena.

Overall impression: Excellent. Better than we expected. I only wish we had booked the
property for two weeks instead of one.
Highlights: We are actually still on holiday, so the story isn't over yet!
Unpleasant surprises: Not with Villa Mina nor your firm. We rented another villa in Umbria from one of your competitors, and unfortunately the property was not at ALL what it was represented to be. I am fighting with the booking agency
over that and they are being most unreasonable.
