Swimming pool - The pool is 10 x 5 metres and has a constant depth of 1.40 metres. The pool is open from May until September. Pool towels are provided.
Mid week clean - 2 hours mid week Maid service included in the price

Railways - In Empoli , 8Km away is the nearest railways station
Distances - Florence 46Km, Siena 110 km, San Gimignano 44 Km, Pisa 60 Km, Bologna 145 Km, Rome 325 Km.
Approach road - 350 mt to the villa by unpaved road of which 100 mt is poor and 250mt is good
